We had a blast exploring the vibrant underwater world while scuba diving and snorkeling right off the beautiful beaches of Nungwi. The variety of marine life we encountered was simply breathtaking. The kids were thrilled to spot colorful fish and even a few sea turtles during our underwater adventures. The professional and friendly staff at the hotel made sure we had all the necessary equipment and guidance for a safe and enjoyable experience. It was an unforgettable family adventure!
For dads, it would be great if the hotel offered more family-friendly activities and facilities, such as a dedicated kids' play area or organized games for the little ones.

The room was amazing! The air conditioning was a lifesaver in the hot weather, and the flat-screen TV was perfect for relaxing. The rainfall showerhead in the private bathroom made every shower a luxurious experience. The free in-room WiFi kept us connected throughout our stay. we felt comfortable and at home in our room.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the tile/marble floor in the room. But hey, that's just my preference, and others might find it stylish and elegant.

We couldn't have asked for a better location. Just a short stroll through the bustling Masai market and we were greeted by a stunning beach. the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable, with a well-renovated bathroom. the staff provided excellent service, always ensuring our room was tidy and replenishing towels and bed linen regularly. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel also had good WiFi, which was a bonus for us.
We did notice some areas of the room that could use a little refurbishment.

We had a fantastic stay at Kigwedeni Villas. the staff, including Rabia and Haji, were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the location is outstanding, just a few meters away from the stunning Nungwi beach and the bustling Maasai markets. We felt safe throughout our stay, thanks to the security provided by the Maasai. the rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and hot showers with good water pressure. the breakfast was delicious and plentiful, and we also enjoyed the option to order tasty lunches and dinners. the beautiful villas and their surroundings added to the overall charm of our experience. We highly recommend Flora from the Spa for her excellent service and reasonable prices. there were plenty of market and food options nearby, offering great prices.
No drawbacks at all!

The value for money at Kigwedeni Villas was excellent - we got all the comforts we expected in the basic room, including a fridge, hot water, AC, and a nice bed. The location was perfect, just a two-minute stroll to one of the best beaches I've seen. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially those in the small restaurant.
For breakfast choices, it would have been even better if there was hand soap provided in the bathroom.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating. They always checked in to see how I was doing and made sure I had a pleasant stay. the food at the restaurant was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was also great, just a short walk to the beach and away from the crowded areas.
The pictures of the hotel I saw online were not accurate. the bungalow I stayed in was older and in need of some renovations.
